Instructor Christine Ballard explains some of the finer
points of period millinery, while Bev Heath works on her
bonnet and Kathryn Coombs struggles with a stuck cane in the
background.

made a stunning cherry red silk bonnet

brings millinery flowers, ribbons and other decorations from her own
stash and from Victoria Louise Mercers (now closed,
